Cancellation Policy

At OLA Salon, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

 

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a 50% service charge.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time while the full service fee remains applicable.

 

For extension services, color corrections, or appointments exceeding 2 hours, a deposit may be required at booking.
