Appointments & Arrival

Please arrive five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can begin on time. Arriving late may shorten your service to avoid affecting the guests who follow.

Consultations

Every service begins with a consultation. This is where we discuss your goals, assess your hair and scalp, and confirm pricing — especially for color and extension services, which are customized to each guest.

A Calm Environment

OLA is designed as a calm, neutral-toned retreat. To preserve that experience for everyone, we kindly ask that additional guests and children be limited unless they are receiving a service.

Health & Comfort

Please let your stylist know in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions so we can tailor your service and product selection safely.

Payment & Gratuity

We accept all major credit cards. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated, and can be added to your card or left in cash.
