To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines before your appointment:

 

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment while the full service fee remains applicable.

• We recommend arriving with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.

• For major transformations or first-time extension services, a consultation is required prior to booking.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the salon (service animals are always welcome).

• We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
